My coach said that you can train and put in the work, but if you’re not confident you’re not going to achieve. The mental stuff is all that can hold you back; you can train really hard but you have to stay mentally tough, mentally focused and be mentally confident about what you’ve trained for and what you’ve set your mind to.

Hey, I stumbled across your page and saw you're into health and fitness. I'm the same way, it's a great hobby to have. What types of supplements do you usually take?

I just take multivitamins. I learned long ago to not waste money on supplements. I also add protein powder to oatmeal, pancakes , shakes, but I don’t really consider that a supplement.
