Tough class

Ok fellow instructors. Today was one of those classes where I wish I could have separated myself in two and taught an advanced class to half and a beginner class to the other half and the 8 PEOPLE who came in late, bumbled around, didn’t listen to a word of cueing or advice…..UGH!!! I am over it, trying to give this class up, but no one to replace me. Just not feeling it. Ever have a class that you just don’t love to teach??

My coach said that you can train and put in the work, but if you’re not confident you’re not going to achieve. The mental stuff is all that can hold you back; you can train really hard but you have to stay mentally tough, mentally focused and be mentally confident about what you’ve trained for and what you’ve set your mind to.
