Love the new gym, great facility. Not loving the classes I teach….. Thinking of giving them up, but I don’t want to pay for a membership. Never gave, never will.
So I must admit, I am not loving the classes that I am teaching. I feel very restricted and limited to certain movements. I have all these little nuisance injuries that are basically from overuse and they are preventing me from giving 100% to my own training. I can’t take off because there is no one to sub for me. I might just be ready to stop.
